A shift in direction in 2020 led Demetri from a successful 20-year career in entrepreneurship and healthy food into the profound world of yoga. Now, enriched by 500 hours of teacher training and teaching since his journey began, he offers a grounding, chakra-based Hatha yoga practice.

His focus is on supporting individuals in finding deep calm and enduring peace. Each session is an invitation to create space, slow the breath, and move inwards—a necessary counterbalance to our hectic lives.

Inspired by the science of the chakras, Demetri’s work facilitates healing and reconnection to the true self. Through the combined practices of breath, movement, and relaxation, he guides students to:

  • Gently reset trauma, belief systems, and conditioning

  • Master the vital link between breath, energy, and life

  • Cultivate a personal sanctuary of stillness and happiness

True to his mantra, "one breath at a time," Demetri’s mission is to co-create the environments where healing can naturally arise.
